Price, Location, and Condition will determine the Market for your home.

Location: We always hear the first rule of real estate is “Location, Location, Location.” It's true! There’s a great deal of value to be placed on where a home is located. Sitting across the street from an unkept property, or backing up to a busy shopping center can have a dramatic impact on the value of a home.

Condition: There’s a wealth of value to be found in a well-kept home and a beautifully landscaped yard. Unless buyers are viewing your house as an opportunity to buy at a much lower price to compensate for poor condition, they typically hate having to pour time, energy, and money into a purchase just to make it livable.

Price: Where condition and location fail, an aggressively priced home can still succeed. Of course, price itself must incorporate a number of factors including both condition and location as stated above. However, the strength of a market is also very important!

This is why I always personalize a plan. Putting a sign in your yard and sticking a lockbox on the door will NOT sell your home. Well, in some market conditions it may. However, it's important to me that you get the best price and the quickest results possible. Remember, I've moved 18 times. I know what it takes to pack and move a family! Plus, I have a networking team who is second to none. So, wherever you're moving, I can help set  you up with a Networking Professional there to ensure a smoother transition. Then, finally Technology will help us keep things moving quickly. With Authentisign you can review and sign documents no matter where you are.

History has shown us that Price, Location, and Condition will sell your home. The fact is price will determine your place in the market. Location and condition are very important and actually determine the price but hold a close second in a buyer's choice.
